It may be difficult at first, however stopping smoking eventually leads to feeling more energetic, making an active lifestyle easier to achieve. Smokefree Liverpool is a new service (replacing Fag Ends), you can self refer for one of their local clinics on the website, or alternatively, Belle Vale Health Centre (Hedgefield Road) has a drop in clinic on Tuesday: 9.00am – 10.15am & 4.00pm – 5.45pm.
